Had a rough week physically this week.? Still getting used to the new shot in my right knee I had last week; broke the enamel on one of my bottom molar teeth,

and my bake adjustment I had Tuesday, effects are not lasting as long this time as they usually do.? Sorry I've not had the energy to post.? All in all I knew I had to get this out today, and it has truly been a

blessing to me, and I hope it will be to you as well.
