Hello all
I have an april v2 sbitz v2 coming my way. being pre hamvention does not have the swr circuit in it..I am looking to find a picture of where in the v2 the swr board was installed and wiring so i can duplicate as close as possible factory version unless if anyone knows if you can obtain the board preprogrammed from HFsignals?
thanks any and all info appreciated.. new to the sdr coded raspberry stuff??

Hi Steve,

I do not have a v2 board, but Ashhar Farhan posted a picture on April 10.? It shows the SWR bridge as part of the mainboard, not a daughterboard.? This includes the ATTiny85:


The circuit is in the lower left by the BNC jack.? The two black toroids are part of the sensor.? The ATTiny is to the right of the mounting hole.

Rather than a hardware issue, do you have a software problem?
Can you start the sbitx program in a terminal window and verify that you are not getting errors reading the SWR sensor?? I am working on the issue with my DE and getting the unit 8 error message.
