Hello All, Changing the driver level of the outpus reduce the carrier to +8.5 dBm and spurs too ! The Pi attenuators on mixers should be reduced to 2.5 dB max (390R/12R/390R) 73 de F5RCT

Hello,
I received my Raduino in 10 days by Indian post ! I had small surprises : the package content differs from website description (the 10k pot is missing and qty of spacers is half, I think it is as an upgrade for Bitx20/40 !) I think the website needs to be updated !! The delivered nano board is a chinese clone of the USB serial FTDi chip , I had to update with the right driver found here
I followed instruction in Wiki to install Si5351 libraries, but the latest lib is not compatible with the control_lcd_45mhz_wtl_v12.ino file I got from Farhan ! I found an old lib on file section and to compile without errors. Now the raduino works ! I think it need to be fixe in future ???
Now I can continue the project :-) 73 de F5RCT JMat

The new versions of
Software for uBit and BitX no longer uses external library for
SI5351?
Try commenting it all
out, it still should work.
You will see all the
functions in your file that manipulate the Clock Generator.
I have bought over 2
dozen Nanos from eBay.? Never had to load a driver.? Probably
was already on my PC?
Are you working with
BitX or uBit?

Hi Ashar and All,
The all important diagrams did not come down.? Fortunately I managed to get Wes's article and convert it to a .pdf, including the diagrams.? It is attached.

Wes article refers to the losses present in SMD inductors versus toroids and other, larger coils.? A while back, I read a fairly authoritative treatment of that subject in one of the RF books everyone references - but I can't find it again.??
Could someone provide me a pointer?
