If you want to play with a 48mhz 32 bit ARM Cortex M0 processor like the blue pill,
here's an alternative:??
At $22 it costs 10x as much as the blue pill, otherwise roughly comparable.
But way easier to get going, as it is fully supported by the standard Arduino IDE.
And as a bonus, you get all the good karma that goes with supporting the folks
who created the Arduino IDE.?

For a one off, unless your time is worth less than $1/hr,
the mkrzero may well pencil out to cheaper than the blue pill.

Disclaimer:? I haven't tried the mkrzero.??
I'm too cheap.

I've run the Teensy 3.2 and the STM32 blue pill both under the Arduino IDE,
Vanilla sketches work fine though not all libraries developed for 8 bit ATMega's will port easily.
Paul has made sure the Teensy 3.2 is drop dead easy to get going under Arduino.

The $2 blue pill is a little bit more troublesome to get started with.
For example, there are three fundamentally different ways to download a sketch,
and different web tutorials might be using any one of the three without much explanation.
And no one place gave enough information to actually get it going, had to glean
what was needed from multiple websites.?

I have done some prototyping of this... with some degrees of success. Ideally it needs an AGC before the Teensy though.

Ok, well now, I had to put in an order for some more Audio and CW filter boards (30 each) so decided to add 10 of my Teensy RadionI2C boards to the order too. Not sure when Ill get time to actually build and test one, but happy to send them out AS IS to others to test... Expected early May delivery.
