I've just released Raduino v1.17, download it from

New in v1.17:
- Added "Fine Tune" capability to the SPOT button
? While the SPOT button is held pressed, the radio will temporarily go into "FINE TUNE" mode, allowing the VFO to be set at 1Hz
? precision. This feature works also in SSB mode (except that no sidetone will be generated then).

I was actually going to suggest something like this, but never got that far! I haven't loaded this version yet; still need to drill a hole for the spot switch and wire it in, but I'm wondering if 1Hz might be too fine. I had been thinking 10Hz might be good.

There was a small bug in v1.17 which caused the radio to return to an incorrect frequency when switching VFO's, RIT, SPLIT, FINE TUNE, etc.
I have fixed this and released a corrected version v1.17.1 via

Here's a thought!

In the "Fine Tuning" mode, instead of displaying the offset on the 2nd line of the display, would it be possible to display the full frequency on the top line, for example, "A 7.123.456 LSB"? Since you can't transmit while in fine tuning mode, the additional space to display "TX" would not be needed.

What do others think?
