Tuning/driving (was Re: 2A amperage draw on TX, but no RF out)
Francesca, you've managed to slow the tuning rate by resistors? If true, I/we'd like to know how: which value from where to where?? I'd like to slow the 'gallop' at each end of the

Re: 2A amperage draw on TX, but no RF out
I added? a RCA jack from? the Ptt connector? going? to Amertron 811.? Output of the Bitx40 7 walts . Amp peak at 100 walts. Found that? when you add a amp the bitx40 driver modulation is over?

Re: 2A amperage draw on TX, but no RF out
Mike, check the pins against those in the BITX on the BOTTOM of the board. If they match, this relay will work. It has the same specs as the Virtual relay. The 2 end pins are the coil. The two pair

Re: Stereo jacks with kit wiring guide #bitx20help
A less confusing explanation would be had by inverting either diagram or graphic. All the interconnects are then straight with no crossovers - well, bar the Sleeve, which becomes pretty much obvious.

Re: 2A amperage draw on TX, but no RF out
The BITX40 relay is a Virtual VRS2H-S. It is an ordinary DPDT, Form Factor 2C relay, sized 20mmx10mm. Virtual is the name of the manufacturer. It is similar to the AXICOM MT2 C93418 and the Hasco
