Re: sbitx board set
I wish there had been an intermediate option -- one with the enclosure but without the Pi and the display. (I already have those so I don't want to buy what are likely overpriced items in the current environment.) But it is what it is. Just ordered a board set. sbitx board set
The sbitx board set is available now. There was a problem with the paypal link but it is now resolved. I would urge those buying these boards to read through the assembly manual. Mounting the Raspberry Pi's official display is a bit of a challenge and the alternative HDMI displays need an extra USB cable from the raspberry pi to use the touch. You can of course use a mouse instead.? - f |

After clicking on the "Add to cart" button, it takes me to Paypal's login page. If I clock the "Add to cart" again I get the Paypal error below. The orders are all getting in? guys. If the money has left your account, it is with hf signals. I will have dinner and sort this out. Re: sBitx is on sale!
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýAshhar,It looks awesome, thanks for putting this project together! You mention being forced to pay $150 for RPi 4, would you consider offering a version without the RPi? Some/many people may have their own RPi and that omission could help with sales. (I understand the desire to keep offering simple, and installing the RPi might be too challenging for the Fully Assembled sBitx) Also, the description for the developer's edition doesn't specify if the RPi is included or if the buyer must supply it. It says: You will have to add your own enclosure, a display with HDMI or DSI interface, supply a power supply of 10 amps, microphone, cw paddle. It doesn't mention the RPi being included or excluded... Thanks again, looks great! Ken, N2VIP On Jul 26, 2022, at 09:51, Ashhar Farhan <farhanbox@...> wrote:

Thats what I'm thinking too, as I just tried it again and the cart definitely fails. Paypal shows the transaction, but no confirmation from hfsignals as yet, so it may not have actually processed as a full transaction. Its evening for Ashhar, so might be awhile before I know if i scored one, or it was just a tease, lol. |

I reckon you snuck in the back door when he wasn't looking and grabbed one.... fair play... ;) I'm really looking forward to playing with this (and have been for over a year) and think it will gain a lot of momentum once it gets out there in the wild and people start of use and experiment with it, has lots of potential !!
