Re: First use of LTSpice (For tests filters 45mhz)
While you do not have the dataset for them you do have the filters. The solution is the empirical method, measure them. Allison --------------

There is a lot of old design copied.? THe whole TX chain is the uBITX V3/4/5/6 repeated. I have a very long memory. The Rs and Cs are going to be there if opamps are used for filters. might make a

Re: First use of LTSpice (For tests filters 45mhz)
Hello, watching this video, I realized that in fact the quartz and 2-pole filter components don¡¯t seem to exist in LTspice they have to be simulated? (Theoric shematic), which complicates things.

Re: Daylight again schematic questions
First all Bipolar transistor have a DC offset between base and emitter usually about .65-to.7Volts. What that means is if the input to Q8 is resting at 6V the emitter of Q10 is now down to 3.9V and a

Re: Daylight again schematic questions
Paul, From the output of the filter (LC) to the antenna about 60db. Its easy to figure 5W is 33dbm the output of the filter is about -30dbm so you need actually about 63db of power gain to get from

Art It's on the HFSignals.com site as I remember. I'm going to put in a brand new Nano today and try uploading Nitin's sketch to that. ?If it's a corruption issue, that should avoid it. 73 Howard

. Hint make Q9 a 2n3906 (PNP) and flip that stage over to reduce the DC offset by one BE. Allison, can you please explain what you mean by this statement. Sent from Mail for Windows Sent: Tuesday,

First use of LTSpice (For tests filters 45mhz)
Hello, *This is the first time I use LTspice and as at the beginning with Kicad I struggle.*.. Maybe you have already done this test in LTSpice, that¡¯s why I go through the Ubitx forum at first.

Re: Working Daylight receiver
Dear Alan, The 5MHz trap was made from a T50-2 core with 33 turns of #26 wire in series with a 250pfd to ground.?? The coil input lead was put on the mixer end of the 7MHz band pass filter.??

Again on TX : what is the total gain of Q11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16? Yes, 6 transistor from SA602 to IRF510 !! Can? amateurs builders still having a working circuit measure it and tell us? Thank you!
