Hi all, it was received in this way by HF signals so I guess it was damaged by mistake. As reading all the comments it is pretty shure that it was accidentally so I will bent them back to their

Re: Ubitx microphony
What do you mean exactly with 'bit' of microphone? If you refer to low average SSB output, I replaced to add another resistor (47ohm)in parallel to R63 and worked nicely. However late November Barry

Re: Connector pins bent on arrival

Older versions had the NANO mounted on the front of the board, soldered in place - If they put a socket on the front, the NANO would stick out too far and and short against the back of the display

I have also received boards like this and all I did was use a smooth jaw nose pliers to bend back the pin to right angle and plug it in. Thats it! Raj

Jeff, It is simpler than it looks. 1: Open the Arduino IDE 2: From the files / open menu in the IDE, navigate to where you unzipped the KD8CEC archive to and open the file named ubitx_20.ino This will

Hi Jeff: The order doesn't make any difference. The IDE will arrange them alphabetically on the tabs in the IDE. However, if your files are such that only the file containing setup() and loop() is

My curiosity is why it was mounted this way.? It requires that you purchase nano replacements without the headers soldered in place, as they are upside down from "normal" installation.? It also

Re: software problem
Hi Jack... I have a simple problem. I don't see any information on which ino files are to be put in sequence in the Arduino IDE if necessary. I coped and pasted each file into the IDE and it compiled.

Curious that the Nano and 7805 have been mounted on the rear side of the Raduino board. Is that standard now?

At a quick glance, the input to the FET at the top left is earthed. Try taking it straight to the input and delete the resistor. Geoff G3NPI Sent from Mail for Windows 10 Sent: Thursday, December 20,

Looking over the "MBITX - WIRE UP" page from HF Signals, the last 2 pins toward the top of the picture are: Top pin - no connection 2nd from top - +12v to the Raduino board (I assume the one pictured)

Very simple. take a mini nose plier or tweezer. Apply the tool on these two pins and covering few normal pins and try bending the. And they restore.
