Re: #ubitx replaced Arduino Nano gives a lot of I2C interference during reception

All my Encoder playing around has been on BitX and with interrupts.? Using Encoder library.
Maybe you could experiment by making a sketch by stripping out from uBit code that just includes reading

Hi Sarma,
I tried both .1 and .01 on 3 different Raduino installations.
It doesn't make a noticeable difference on my 3 anyway. I'll put the .01's in anyway just in case.

I have pinned it down to the Asus router itself.? If I connect my PC directly to the Comcast modem, it works just fine.? So it's time to replace that router (I have a replacement sitting here

Re: Activity on ubitx.net
Just for giggles, change your network card's DNS to 8.8.8.8 (that's Google's public DNS) and try it. Comcast may not have had their DNS refreshed or their DNS might have rejected it for some odd

What ever be the internal circuitry, the pin out would not change, I

Re: Faulty K1 relay
Not completely sure but I think it will work OK.
The only difference is that the coil resistance is slightly higher but I
believe this is not critical for use in BitX.
Why not just try it out?

Re: Distorted RX audio at higher volumes

TDA2822 does not have to warm up if it does is defective or it oscillates!
But the amplification is too high to the needs,
try to use agc on the audio or decrease the IC gain!

I did have the same issue with low audio. That is what the noise gate threshold is for, we want to set it very low(0) so that it lets even weak signals and

Re: Distorted RX audio at higher volumes

R51 change is only in the RX path. It changes the biasing to Q70 and allows
it to handle bigger signals without distortion.
Alternatively you can change R50 to 180 or 220K and get the same
