Hi Doug,
How did you scale? In Cura? I went through all menues but cannot find any such opportunity.
I would love to learn how!

Re: 3D printed knobs
I wish there was a good drawing program that was reasonable to learn!
What a learning curve.
I can make the knob shorter (less depth) real easy, let me know what you want? It is just changing an

Re: Swr qrpkits
Hi EA3IAV,
The wires from the antenna output to the antenna connector (BNC/PL-259/etc) must be as short as possible to avoid RF radiation inside the Bitx40 cabinet.
The "dial is locked" when in TX

Re: Like to test a S-meter and soon an AGC/Tx-monitor for your bitx40?
Pavel,
I think your approach is best for use on the Bitx40, leave the output dividers in integer mode, adjust the VCO to change the operating frequency. ?We don't need three outputs. ?If we were to

Allard thanks for the suggestion, unfortunately I have run out of debugging time until Sunday as I am headed out of town.

with the diodes in the describes position the oputput voltage would be negative instead of powitive-- so reverse both diodes!

Michael,
please verify the transistor connections. Switching emitter and collector
causes exactly the behaviour you describe: Once the transistor is opened
it will remain open forever until power

Re: R144
Thanks Jerry, great bits of info!
Ok, I have some IRF510's at hand but want to try the 840 since I can source them locally, also plan to abuse 'em a bit to see how much power I can get from those.

Sorry I misread your email!
If Q7 is dead then you could wire a 2222 or similar and it will work.
