It compiled to version 3.021,? farhandev branch and now the time is correct shown in title at sbitx app.
Original version when I got it delivered was 3.051.

Why not add the TZ= command to the start.sh script and set yout timezone
to TZ=Etc/GMT and see what happens.
While you're in there you can change the cd sbitx line to cd ~/sbitx

There's another file you can check /etc/profile which is a system wide
profile. It is checked first followed by the user dot profile.
