When I tap on the date the calendar pops up and when I change it to the
current date it doesn't allow me to make the change it goes back to the
date it originally said and same for the time which has

Hello Vincenzo,
Are you sure you read and saw what Farhan shared at the FDIM.
His software might be the same, surely his circuit is not the same.
I would recommend studying it from whatever was

Re: Production zBitx

Has anyone tested the concept (zBITX) yet?
Taking a risk with crowdfunding without having tested it is taking a big
risk.
And should anyone of us has tested the concept or idea of zBITX

Re: Production zBitx

Hi Evan,
it was just a "what if" scenario, of course.
However I think that, even with the small display, an assembled and tested
zBitx radio will hardly cost less than 300USD in such a small

Re: sBitx v3 - No output
This issue still exists. To avoid complications do not change the Raspberry PI Configuration (Localisation) from US to your Country. You will end up without power output in any mode. I had this issue

Re: Production zBitx

I voted no, as the cost seems to be too high.? You can purchase a complete sBitx board for $180 or a complete assembled radio for $399, so $200/$300 for the zBitx is too

11 people replied, in a few days, that they would partecipate in the crowdfunding.
Given the very limited scope of the pool, and no "official" backing, I think it would be possible to achieve the

Maybe this could be the solution: automatic CW key with memory, LAMBIC A/B, ULTIMATIC CW code keyer, STM8s based ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/334454181758 )

Re: High pitch whine on 20-10 meters

Hi David,
Yes I have tried filtering the high pitch whine out with caps on the 5 volt supply, they have had no effect at all. I believe the noise is from the I2C buss, because with the RTC unplugged

Re: A long long video on building feedback amplifiers
Thanks, Farhan. I was hoping an assembly manual might give info on
shielding requirements and so on, plus more explanation of how it works. I
was somewhat perplexed as to how square wave excitation

sBitx calibration, and flattening power out
I wanted to check the actual power output on my old (serial #118) sBitx. I built a simple RF detector using a 1N4007 diode and a 10nF capacitor, with the rig running into a 50 ohm dummy load. I

sBitx V2 for sale
I would like to sell my sBitx V2 (running V3.1). The radio is about a year
old and in excellent condition, used sparingly. I really don't have time to
experiment with the device and would like to

Have you tried filtering it out? maybe using ferrite beads on output of rtc module and input to other modules?Maybe scope it out to see what the noise is and maybe use some caps and maybe an inductor

High pitch whine on 20-10 meters

Today I decided I've listened to this high pitch whine on the 20 meter through 10 meter band long enough. Through a process of elimination I determined that the RTC module is causing the

Re: A long long video on building feedback amplifiers
Ashar when you discontinue a device you might want to put the gerbers in
the github where those who want to get one and build it can get the boards
made.
