In terms of?reducing sidetone volume, perhaps a resistor to ground at the head of the RC chain (at R250) could work.
I don't have my uBITX yet so I can't confirm...may find it pulls the entire audio

Working on a TFT display for the uBITX
I have started working on a TFT display for my uBITX.? So far I have only tried a 1.8" tft? 160 x 128, because it can be wired in to the existing connector without having to do any level conversion
