Printer-friendly wiring and set-up diagrams/instructions?
Tried to print up the wiring instructions for my Bitx40 off the HFSigs website, since my computer is upstairs, and the workshop is downstairs. Printing an HTML document must be too much for our printer, as I get a message saying there is not enough available memory in the printer (it's a brand-new HP Officejet printer/scanner/fax/copier). Can someone please put the wiring diagrams and instructions into a more printer-friendly form, like a PDF document? Rich KC8MWG |
Re: Source for caps
?Thanks for the fast reply. My BITX is up and running into a windom antenna and I have made several contacts. This is the best $59. USD that I've spent in a long time.? ? 58 years a ham?? K1KOB ? ? I like them and given their shipping speed, I think they have a US warehouse. While you're at it, you should buy some .1uF as you'll likely use them later on anyway and the postage doesn't vary much on stuff like this. eBay also has some good capacitor assortments. I bought several from a supplier in GA as they label each bag. Keep in mind that NPO type caps can help in some circuits where stability is important (e.g., VFO). Re: AGC Schematic update
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýGian, Will this AGC circuit work okay with the Bitx boards that the cap has been removed from pins 1 and 8 of the LM386? Enough drive? Joel? KB6QVI On Feb 5, 2017, at 12:27 PM, Giancarlo via Groups.Io <i7swx@...> wrote:
