? I tried with a straight key and it is harder to send well, as decoded by CWget on another rig,? compared to sending with my venerable K3, an admittedly high bar.

? The filter notch yellow bar appears on the screen for CW and DIGI but does nothing. It doesn't appear on screen in FT8 and does nothing. It appears on screen and works in sideband.
It's unfortunate that the visual indicator appears in modes when the notch is not working. Moreover - why not work in CW? If you went to the effort to make it work in sideband, why turn it off for CW?

Bob,
The dsp works well and does not need to be adjusted, it highlights the signal and suppresses noise.
The notch filter has an effect, just choose the mode because it doesn't work everywhere.
The web mute is for remote control, it does not work locally.

Bob, tell us roughly how fast you have tested CW keying, and whether it was straight key or paddles, please -- thanks! Paddles in the past sounded better to me than the straight key. Gordon KX4Z

Nir,
you have to do the following: save the current image as the original version and, if necessary, the sbitx/data folder.
If you had a connection, you have to save the variables on a USB stick so that you can copy them to the new image. and copy it to a new uSD card according to the description.
This image records the status of August 28, so sbitx v4.0 must be updated after writing the image.
If you have the opportunity, it is worth switching to an external USB stick instead of the uSD card, on which you can store the Debian 12 (Bookworm)-based image, which is 64-bit, and you will also find the other necessary applications there.
The external USB stick should preferably have v3.0 or higher speed and use it in the blue USB3 socket.
You can find the descriptions of what to do and .

sBitx v3 Remote Start and Shutdown
Hello,?
I would like to operate the sBitx V3 remotely, so that the TRX is not switched on all the time.
I would leave the switch on the sBitx and switch on the power supply with a remote socket, so that the PI starts and I can access it remotely.
When I'm done, it should be enough to shut down the Pi using Shutdown now -h, wait 1-2 minutes and switch off the power supply.?

Do you think this is a viable solution? I think this will also prolong the life of the SD card,
how did you solve remote operation??
