v2 sbitx after swr bridge calibration and txcal to a known swr of 1.78 shows 1.1? ? is this close enough or do I need to edit the .Ini file in the swr brige to change the settings to get better

Re: The content of hw_settings.ini is incorrect
#sbitx_v2
The problem is solved, although the scale values stored in hw_settings.ini are far from the default.
I assume it's due to the variance of the parts.
The value of the bridge stored in user_settings.ini

With the supplied microphone on both of my sBitx DE and V2 I got bad audio reports, but with this mic, http://www.qrpkits.com/microphone.html I get great reports. I use these mics on all of my Bitx

Yes and recommended conditions are for SMPS and similar operations
where the device is saturated.? Not the graph,? charge on the gate to
specify operating behavior? its about the amount of charge

I agree with farhan,
The 12V bias is fine.? However the source of that bias is unfiltered 12V
and it can have power supply and RF noise on it.? It makes the radio
extremely sensitive to self

The Elecraft mics, I know, require bias or you get no output.

Re: Sbitx v2 transmit audio is CRAP

The transmit audio problem is usually a challenge if the microphone is
picking up RF.
There are hundreds of these radios that are working with the 12v bias, so
it is less a design issue and more an

Sbitx v2 transmit audio is CRAP
#microphone
Why is the microphone voltage so high? My friend measured and saw almost 12 volts. He the placed variable resistor across tge circuit reduced to 3.5v and had a lot better transmit audio. Please advise

Hi Ashhar,
I think I get it. ?Because the DE unit uses relays and the V2 uses diode switching to manage operational functions, slight differences in the switching code is required by

Re: sbitx delivery ?
Richard and Dave,
There is no particular day that we ship the orders. We only ship orders
once the calibration and testing is done. This often happens in batches as
we cannot hurry the procedure and

If I remember correctly, I thought someone said that shipping only happens on one day per week.? Not sure which day (I thought it was Monday), but I could be entirely wrong about all of that so

Re: IRFZ24N

That makes a lot of sense.? So the TX calibration is required if it is necessary to change the finals, correct?
Does that hold up over a normal temperature range?? I don't mean a full commercial

Dave,
This is the reason why we have this painful tx calibration routine to level
the output. The device variations are prettt wide.

Yes, they do apply in analog use.? They aren't directly applicable, but they represent the ability of the device to change voltage level.? A slow switch is going to have a low Ft.? The IRF510 is
