We only ship to licensed callsign holders. That has been a policy for many years, we put this code in place after a report of some people who were hoarding the bitx boards.
Anyway, sbitx, is too early in the product life to be reviewed by anyone except technically competent hams with well matched antenna and familiarity with the digital modes.
