I'd like to clarify :
I have recommended a resistive swr bridge, not just three 470 ohms resistors.
You will actually need 30 of them. Paralleling ten will produce a combined resistance of 47 ohms. Three such 47 ohm bundles will be used to make a resistive bridge.
I will probably build one to show how it must be done.

I too thought he was talking about a dummy load but he was talking about a SWR bridge circuit that uses three resistors.? Sizing the resistors large enough help protect the PA finals during tuning operations.

There is always something to learn.
