Yes, the C4 goes to RF Tag, the wire from Pin 4 (U3) seems to be a remnant of some link unless it is meant to go to a specific location??

Looking a bit further, The Antenna route goes from the Antenna jack via the LPF (not energised) then via pin 7? to U3, so it would therefore seem that the RF would reach the two RF tags is when the LPF relay is energised, and then from there on to the 30MHz LPF.
