Find legit IRF510s from a trusted source.
I didn't research the BPF suffix, but a _quick_ scan of the linked datasheet passes muster.? i.e. nothing flagged.
Please check in more detail.
No info found on the N suffix part. I can only speculate that it's a completely different die.? Higher Cap, lower Vt.
We know that there are parts like this on the world wide market.
