Using WSJT-X software and just a USB cable, I was able to receive FT8.? But had to make a cable to connect between the microphone input on the uBITX and the headphone/mic jack on the notebook to transmit.? ?As I recall, I connected the tip wire in the cable through a capacitor, and left the ring wire disconnected.? ?Used the volume control on the notebook to set the modulation level.
