A simple TRRS socket should be fine.?
If you need any fancy connector , it's your choice.
For Audio out a tap-off from the buffer amp output to the volume pot input should be fine.?
Mic input seems to have no choice.?

i have my "home norm " ... all in RCA (chinch) ... and for commercial
rigs i make adaptor cables (acc connector one end ... rca coupler to
other end)
that way you can nonnect a "normal" 3.5 mm to rca cable to your
soundcard <8and then to your rig)
