FreeDV is a framework that incorporates the Codec2 voice codec and various modems. The usual modems on HF use OFDM modulation; multiple carriers, so not suitable for the QDX.

Pretty interesting if it could. Of course, if it won¡¯t tune past the Digital portions of the band, I guess the point is moot, but still, idly curious.
