I think part of the problem may be in the provided instructions,
specifically this step:
??? click add to
map at the bottom of the box that pops up
...there is no "add to map", nor is there any box that "pops
up".??
what you *can* do, is look up an address and then click "show on
map" at which point a little (red) dot is shown on the map.???
Still no boxes popping up.

I understand the format is not intuitive for some and I really
want everyone to enjoy the map and hopefully use it so please
speak up if you're having problems.? There is a link to
instructions right in the map description that I cobbled
together.? If anyone has a better way to explain how to add to the
map please share.? If you had a hard time figuring it out please
also share.? I want to make this as accessible to as many of us as
possible.? None of us were born knowing how to do this.? If you
struggled to figure the map out chances are someone else had the
same problem.? Let's learn from each other.
