New Toy

All,

The other day I lost my mind and ordered a Bird 4410a wattmeter off Ebay. On the 10W scale, feeding into a good VHF dummy load, I am measuring RF output from the uBITX while sending a string of Dahs:

80M ( 3800kHz ) - 4.4W
40M ( 7150kHz ) - 1.9W
30M ( 10125kHz ) - 3.6W
20M ( 14175kHz ) - 2.8W
15M ( 21225kHz ) - 3.2W
10M ( 28.8MHz ) - 1.4W

I was surprised by the low reading on 40M.
Scanning up the band:
7.00001 MHz - 2.3W
7.1MHz - 2W
7.2MHz - 1.8W
7.3MHz - 1.6W

... Isn't this supposed to be a 10W radio? Feeling the RF output transistors, they're both equally warm.
