OK I am starting over from scratch.? Perhaps I should not have done this but I held in the control button when I turned the unit on.? It made me do a screen calibration and now it says
Set Frequency
You should have a signal exactly at 10000 kHz
Rotate to zerobeat
Push Tune to save
I have no idea what I am supposed to do.? What does it mean by a frequency at 10000 kHz?? Have I broken it?
