I suggest trying different bands and antennas, if you have more than one, before blaming the relay. Another possibility is RF feedback into the raduino. If indeed you have a stuck relay, as I did once, gently tap on it. Mine was cured, so far okay.
If you study the board, you can see which relays belong to the low pass filters, then the TR relay will stand out.
