+1 for missing BNC nut.
The 1/8" (3.5mm) jacks on the front included nuts, but the jacks don't extend far enough to secure the nuts on the front panel. Not a problem, but now I've got three tiny nuts extra.
Also, the only tools I needed were:
"regular" (neither large nor small) Phillips head screwdriver
"Small" (neither regular nor tiny) slit screwdriver
Pair of pliers/needle nose pliers?
The "small" screwdriver is needed to secure the supplied knobs on the control shafts. The "regular" screwdriver is for all other screws on the case, and the needle nose pliers are needed to hold nuts while you secure the speaker to the lid.

I received two ¡°large¡± nuts. Put one on the Encoder. Since both are the same size nuts, it would not fit on the BNC socket.
