The display choice indeed is a large factor in case selection. Use your favorite search engine to query ubitx enclosure,? and check out what's being used. I am using a case from amateurradiokits.in that many are happy with.
Your v5 is nice, no must buys required. Choose your display and go from there. I suggest powering up with the stock display first.
