That's a pretty good explanation, thanks so much.? It explains it exactly what I needed to understand.? Tim highlighting the regulator and looking up the datasheet had me look up the datasheet myself, my first datasheet lookup, so i saw the max input of 35v and a variety of output voltages, 5.0v being one of them.?
It's good to have it explained in such a manner where I can look at the diagram and understand what's going on.?
