I don't require an apology, so not accepted. Was nothing wrong with the photo that I saw. Accidents happen. Like my HP laptop keyboard. If I begin typing too fast and pressing the keys too hard windows begin popping open or weird characters begin showing on the screen that I didn't type. I need to stop talking about this lousy laptop and transfer everything to my other laptop, a Dell Latitude. Nice looking Gent. Wish I could say the same for me. I look in the mirror every morning... ugh.
