No, not looking for a handout. No one forced me to click the mouse when I purchased it. I take full responsibility. I only wish I had researched more to fully understand what I was getting into. I still stand behind my comments of design, component quality and testing to find it interesting that no one has commented on that.
But all is not in vain. I have started a conversation on better documentation and just maybe that can and will happen in the near future. Stay tuned.
