If you clone that github repo, you can built it yourself.
Move all the .ino files into a folder called ubitx_v5.1_code
Open the main file using the arduino ide in that folder called
ubitx_v5.1_code.ino
Then build it and program your Nano

All of the .ino files are required in the same directory to use the Arduino IDE to compile and then download the program. I have not done this myself, so there may be some tricks that are required.
Note: the version 4 software will not work with the version 5 board. HF Signals still needs some more updates to their web page, as the software link still points to the version 4 GitHub repository. Would also be nice to have a .hex compiled version available for those who do not want to go through the difficulties of the IDE.
