limits your sale opportunities without any "safety" benefit to you.
I have sent parts to US personnel on Guam way out there over the Pacific
Ocean in USPS Priority Mail Flat-Rate box with *NO* issues. It's 2018 -
almost 2019. Not 1948. I don't want to sell or send to non US locations
either.
