The API rout would be a good compromise.? The thoughts that I had were along the line of more advanced filters, giving up some of the digital modes for noise reduction or digital voice modes.? Also (Really stretching) posibility of coordination of multiple SDTx to strange things like focus a programmable beam array on a station automatically.? Not that I know how to do any of these types of things, Just thinking out loud examples of what I might like to do with access to the software.
At this point we just have to hope that Hans gets well enough to actually put the kits on the market.
