I recently built my v4 ubitx into the same case. It was a snipe hunt to sort out some of the wiring, including staring at pictures of the wire bundles on Sunil's website. I finally figured it out.
He does show one variation for wiring up the 4 pin mic connector. I have my 3 wires in the same order, but not convinced I am following his pin standard. Of course for your ubitx you merely wire your microphone to match.
For integration into this particular case Sunil has also provided some info at ubitx.com. it has been growing in content.
Of course a scattered library of info at the bitx20 IO group here and ubitx.net. its a bit overwhelming so hang in there.
