Thanks Evan,? The lcd is and was at full brightness. I did not have the cw resistor in place as I didn't plan on using that mode..
The rig worked fine before the upgrade. I installed the nextion then brought it to my computer and loaded the appropriate hex file for the new screen.?
Right after that is when the problem started.? I reverted back to the stock hex file and re-installed the 2 line display and the problem persists.
I think it's cooked.
