Note that the ubitx has only one control that changes configuration, that push button in the encoder. Press that once, a menu comes up, use the tuning knob to select the function, then press it again. An interesting one may be labeled band, it allows you to change the MHz portion of frequency. Explore this and you should find your way in the stock firmware.
