Progress I think.? Replaced the 1-AM smd with a 2n3904 and have side tone back (thanks Conrad) but the display has gone off showing black boxes across the top and gibberish when I key.? It had been working fine but went weird even when the smd was still in place.? Enough for today.? Any ideas are most welcome.? Thanks Jeff VK3GMO.
