Lightning took out Q90 on my uBitx.? Also fried the switching power supply I was using.? Antenna is in the attic but Q90 still got zapped. Others have reported similar frying of Q90 due to lightning.
Didn't have a 2n3904 so replaced it with MMBT2222A.? Working OK now.
