The Raduino’s used with the uBITX and BITX40 are identical with one exception, the 16 pin P3 connector. The uBitx used a 16 pin right angle header to plug into the main board.? The BITX40 uses a 5 pin molex style connector? at pins 12 thru 16 of P3.

Starting with a bare board you have your choice of which connector to use for the appropriate radio. Totally interchangeable with the one exception.
