The HK19F-DC 12v are a very common type and cheap on ebay. Pinout is same as the ones used in uBITX.? US$?? 40c.?
You have a couple of very long RF traces on the board. The bottom one runs along the edge of the bottom LPF which may not be a good idea. The one up the left side could be much shorter also as you have to run coax from it in any case to the Rx?
