Yes, I agree with all that....and when you are on 15m and you have a ~23MHz spur ....if your LPF is designed to cover 20/17/15 (using the values I gave earlier), would it not be nice to have the LPF roll-off close to the edge of 15m? ....say with a 0.5dB loss at 21.450MHz and be 15dB down at the spur's frequency of ~23MHz ? The existing uBITX 20/17 LPF IF USED ON 15m actually is ~0.5dB down at 21.450MHz and the ~23.xxMHz spur is down ~6dB.
What am I missing ?
