Managed to pull foil trace off Pop Fix Board (R5)-both sides, K5BCQ kits, Any tricks to get R5 back in place? #parts #ubitx-help

 

Good Afternoon All;
Just managed to accidently pull both ends of R5 pads off on pop-fix board. Is there any kluge that would work with a 10K TH resister. This is my very first smd project and I lost the smd resister and
was trying to replace with a TH resister. ?Many thanks for any replies.
