Ahh ok, so I think the issue is the PTT.? My sound card interface is very simple, it's a USB dongle with a speaker and mic jack and no PTT control.? I was hoping to control the PTT vial the USB connection.? Is this a possibility?? Or do I need to build a circuit to basically replicate a VOX circuit?? All the help and commentary is appreciated!
