I have checked all domestic sources of RD16HHF1 and for a quantity of 4, Polida2008 beats them all for price. They will get my order. Thanks for the r ecommendation.

Mosfets be they hexfet type (IRF510) or LDMOS (RD16hhf) are very asymmetric. Further they have
a source to drain diode and some even have a zener diode from gate to source.
If the part does not have the source lead bonded to the tab its not an RD16HHF or flavor of.
I do not buy parts on ebay, I have extreme distrust.? there are plenty of vendors that sell
parts that I don't require paypal and are considered quality vendors.??
