The Raduino does not come with a heat sink on the LM7805, and generally does not need one.
Some users do feel it gets hot enough for concern, and add either a heat sink or a dropping resistor.
Unlike the IRF510's, the tab of the LM7805 is at ground potential.

I didn't know it needed a heatsink, it didn't come with one, meaning I haven't removed it. ?I haven't notice them on the pictures when looking around. ?I'll monitor the heat and install a heatsink and/or install the resistor. ?If I was doing serious QRP, I'd probably install a second battery pack closer to 5v to run the Raduino.
