it's the first thing I did! Try moving the cables and using a shielded cable to connect the volume potentiometer but it does not change anything!

As well as shortening or re-routing them, it would
be a god idea to twist the wires together too. There's
nothing wrong with having shielded cables, but there;s
a lot to be set for UTP... unshielded twisted pairs.
