Well the last picture in each row tells the story… that is the coil.? It appears to have 0 Volts on receive and 11.38 Volts on transmit so the voltages are all ok.? It then does appear you have a faulty relay.? Others have reported faulty relays in that position too.?? Just replace it.? There’s nothing special about that relay… just replace it with one that has the same form, contact rating, and coil voltage.? You should not pay more than about $1 for one.
